Each buyer has one permanently marked parking space at their disposal.

Additional spaces are also available for sale. You can easily get to and from the parking garage using an elevator or the staircase.

To provide additional security, we have fitted the underground garage with a magnetic card controlled or a radio controlled gateway. The garage area will also be monitored with six CCTV system cameras.
