Dreams coming true... 

The Książęce housing estate is a residential complex of modern apartments and flats located in Katowice’s prestigious district – Ligota – with an easy access to well developed social and road infrastructures as well as to a network of shopping and service facilities.

The estate comprises of twenty two high standard four-storey buildings, fitted with low-noise elevators, multi-car underground parking garages and storerooms. We have also provided a fully equipped playing field for the youngest residents.

To provide the residents with security and comfort the estate’s road infrastructure design have been minimized, which has made it possible to use the free space for appealing greeneries. Residents’ sense of security is reinforced by a CCTV monitoring system.

Modern architecture

The team at AIR JURKOWSCY Sp. z o.o. architecture studio have carefully designed not only the body of the buildings, but also the layouts of the apartments, whose floor areas range from 43sqm to 86sqm. While ground level apartments open to small gardens of 36sqm. to 43 sqm., the apartments at higher floors have spacious terraces (up to 23sqm), winter gardens, or 20sqm roof top patios, all of which face south. Our care for ergonomic space design is also evident in the buildings’ common spaces, which are roomy and practical.

Access to cutting edge technologies

Particular attention should be drawn to the fact that the Książęce estate is the only development project within Southern Poland region that has been fitted with a new generation fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) optic fiber access network. In such networks the optic fiber works as the transmission medium allowing for data transfers with speeds up to 100Mb/s. Optic fiber technologies enable a wide selection of innovative broadband services, including a broadband Internet access up to 1GB/s, and high definition television (HDTV). These services will be available to our customers at preferential rates and in promotional campaigns.
